Permutation of 10 digit numbers

Description:
The purpose is to generate the permutation of the given number

For example:

if the number is: 2
Possible Permutation would be
12
21

if the number is: 3
Possible Permutation would be
123
132
213
231
312
321

and so on...
Similarly the program should generate up to 10 digits of permutation
